Seven years ago, I embarked on a journey that led me to make the Georgetown Subdivision as my home. By profession, l work as lT consultant.
Now, as the newly appointed HOA President, I am honored to take on the responsibility of steering our community towards excellence. My vision is clear: to transform Georgetown Subdivision into one of the most desirable places to live.
Drawing upon my experience in nonprofit organizations, I understand the importance of collaboration, inclusivity, and community engagement. As HOA President, l will listen and value everyone's opinion and try to make collective decisions with board that helps our subdivision.
Background: Dr. Steven Smith has served in both the private an public sectors as a leader and vision-caster. Steven currently administrates the Learning Management platform for Jackson National headquartered in Lansing and Nashville. Steven joined the Georgetown community during the construction of phase 3 and enjoys adding value to the neighborhood.
